The satisfaction of you, our customers, is the most important thing for us, that is why we offer you the possibility to return any of the I Am Not Plastic products, as long as no more than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase or reception (in the case of online purchases).

To complete your return you must send an email to contacto@iamnotplastic.cl detailing the product you want to refund and the reasons, with photographic support if appropriate. We want to know all this information because it is the only way to improve!

You can expect to receive a response from us within 3 working days with specific instructions on how to complete the procedure, which should take no more than 15 working days.

In any case, it is important to note that exchanges must be due to a particular reason (malfunction, failure or defect) and that the product must be returned in its original packaging. Of course, shipping costs are at our expense.
